Oak Ridge

Oak Ridge Management engages three distinct partner audiences through three distinct tracks. Each track has its own value proposition, its own evidence base, and its own conversion path. The standards and capital tracks do not mix — by design.

Select Your Track
Track 01 · Operator Partners
Adopt the Standard
For:
Data center operators
Neo-cloud providers
BTM compute developers
Hyperscaler procurement

Publish a CEH™ (Compute Energy Hour)-certified benchmark on your own infrastructure. Differentiate on energy efficiency — not just $/GPU-hr. Get listed in the CEH™ Index with the certification mark, with your operational methodology protected.

The certification path is three steps: submit the disclosure checklist, receive independent validation, and publish in the versioned CEH™ Index with a permanent dated entry. The standard is energy-agnostic — BTM, grid, nuclear, or any blend qualifies.

  • CEH™ Index listing with certification mark license
  • Methodology protection — proprietary costs not disclosed
  • First-mover publication position in a versioned, dated index
Track 02 · Capital Partners
Invest in the Infrastructure
For:
Infrastructure LPs
Family offices
Strategic capital
Project debt lenders
Tax equity providers

DGE&I (Dahlhauser Galbraith Energy & Infrastructure) is the first commercial BTM compute infrastructure deployment built on CEH™ measurement — positioned at the intersection of dispatchable behind-the-meter generation and AI inference demand.

The structural thesis: grid rates run $0.085–$0.12/kWh with 8-year interconnection queues. BTM dispatchable generation at $0.030–$0.045/kWh delivers a $0.040–$0.055/kWh CEH™ rate advantage on every compute hour — compounding at scale. 300 MW anchor offtake from QumulusAI. Qualified capital partners only.

  • DSCR projections, contracted revenue, and downside case in LP package
  • Equity, project debt, tax equity, and offtake co-investment tracks
  • 300 MW anchor offtake · QumulusAI · active engagement
Track 03 · Research Partners
Co-Publish the Research
For:
Standards bodies
University labs
Industry analysts
MLCommons · Green Grid
IEEE · ASHRAE

CEH™ methodology is open, versioned, and dated — designed from the outset for independent replication and co-publication. The formula, COU definitions, grade scale, and disclosure checklist are all public and unrestricted.

We invite standards bodies with established standing in IEEE, MLCommons, Green Grid, or ASHRAE to co-author a standards body submission. Academic labs are invited to replicate the index and publish results. Industry analysts are invited to license the CEH™ Index for inclusion in research reports.

  • Full methodology package provided to reviewers on request
  • Co-submission, replication, and analyst licensing tracks available
  • arXiv preprint co-author consideration for replication contributors
